Advertising Rates

Now is your chance to reach your military customers through FMWR on-post advertising! Our program allows you to put your company’s message and product into the hands of over 50,000* supported community members—Soldiers, Family members, reserve components, allied forces, students, retirees and civilian employees.

Website Ads:
Advertise on our fast-growing website www.leemwr.com. Our website is our primary communication tool to the installation. A vertical banner is available (300x100) to hyperlink to your website using your logo or ad (must be a 300 dpi jpeg format.) Prices are for a 6-month or 12-month term.

Welcome Packet:
Our Welcome Package includes useful information about Fort Lee services and the local community. It is placed into the hands of every Soldier who is a new arrival to Fort Lee during their standard “in processing.” Advertisement includes placement of a brochure, flyer, business card, logo item, etc., into our Welcome Package for 12 months. The item may be changed up to four times during the course of the 12-months. All advertisements inserted are at the discretion of FMWR. The business is to supply FMWR with the insertions.

Tee Box Sponsor:
Fort Lee’s beautiful 27-hole golf course offers both 9- and 18-hole play. The course is open to active duty military, retirees, Families, Veterans, federal government employees and their guests. You can advertise on up to four holes within the course, displaying your company and services to over 200 paying golfers daily. Advertisement includes: One personalized marble plaque, 4”x5” sign, displaying your company name, company point of contact, description, phone number near the tee box maintained by FMWR, the eligibility to purchase up to four golf course memberships for each tee marker sponsored. The advertisement is valid for three years.

Advertise in our MWR Magazine, At Ease
We are pleased to announce the publication of a FMWR magazine that debuted in 2008! It is a free, full color, triennial publication highlighting on-going activities, seasonal events, FMWR facilities and programs. The publication will reach the population of Fort Lee to include all permanent party Soldiers and their Families, all active duty military on post for training, DoD civilians and retirees. Ad space is limited, so please call now to reserve your spot for the year!

We will have three issues per year, 20,000 copies per issue on the following schedule:
Spring: March, April, May
Summer: June, July, August
Fall/Winter: September, October, November, December, January, February

Bowling Center Lane Sweeps:
Our Bowling Center serves as a multi-purpose recreation destination for many of our Soldiers. The Center offers food and drink, bowling and a fun social setting. Leagues bowl here nightly – from youth to retirees. Attendance is approximately 500 guests per day bowling our 24 lanes. Advertisers can place contact information on the front panels of the machines that “sweep” the pins from the lane. There is room for one line of copy approximately 48 inches long. FMWR will provide the signage. Contract is annual.

Vehicle Display Spaces:
Our installation sees an average 25,000 civilian and military cars entering and leaving per day. That is a continuous captive audience exposed to your car, boat, RV, camper or motorcycle display. On our installation, we have 8 high traffic areas which are available for “lease”. These spaces have proven quite successful with past sponsors because of their high visibility to the patrons on post. Advertising includes: Four to Seven days, limit to once per quarter and a maximum of four vehicles on display at a time.

Field/Facility Banner Advertisement:
FMWR has five ball fields and 12 facilities that host a variety of leisure events for youth, adult and military community events. Reach out to your audience daily in a 5x10 or 5x20 banner space. Six months or annual term is available.

Brochure Display:
We can place an Advertiser-provided counter-top display in our FMWR facilities for an annual or six month term. Advertiser to provide the materials and maintenance of the displays.

"E-Compass Online":
The E-compass is an email newsletter that highlights upcoming events on post. We have about 3,500 subscribers and this number is growing daily. Be the first one to reach the desktops of Fort Lee military, civilians, contractors, retirees and family members...we also have reach off post!
Become a partner sponsor (four spaces available, as they come available) each is space is priced at $500 per quarter. (*Note if you do not have a website that we can link to, we can link to a pdf/document or online map of your choice.) As a partner sponsor, your name will be at the top of the each e-newsletter sent out by the Marketing Department bi-weekly. Your name will be seen as "sponsored by...” there will be a direct link to your website from the newsletter, your logo will be placed on the back of our promotional t-shirts, and you will have the opportunity to give away your company promotional material in the prize packs. (Five prize packs will be given away weekly).

Reach over 25,000 customers through promotional banners and brochure placement the Youth Center, Bowling Center, Cardinal Golf Club, The Lee Club, Regimental Club, Clark and MacLaughlin Fitness Centers, the Outdoor Recreation Center and Nowak Stadium, 1st & B Softball Field, and the 34th & A Softball Field for one year. Sponsors providing banners may include their corporate logo and a brief slogan (a la carte price…$7,150).

Sports Advertising Package - $4,200

Reach our active-duty Military, retirees and civilians by supporting sports activities and intramural tournaments. Your advertising package includes promotional banner and brochures placement at Clark Fitness Center, MacLaughlin Fitness Center and Cardinal Golf Club. Also it includes banners strategically placed at any three ball fields of your choice. Banners can be displayed for one year and can be changed up to four times. Sponsors providing banners may include their corporate logo and a brief slogan (a la carte price … $6,300).

Youth Advertising Package - $3,200

Reach 124+ children and youth and their Families (over 5,000) by supporting activities that enhance quality programs, strengthen educational opportunities and build community partnerships for military children and teens. Your advertising package includes promotional brochures/flyers/posters, banners and/or staticals strategically placed in the Youth Center, the Child Development Center and the Bowling Center and on the Youth Center Ball field. Sponsors providing banners may include their corporate logo and a brief slogan (a la carte price … $5,000).
